PARTICIPATION: Open to all Organizations and all Countries

KIND of TOURNAMENT: Kumite Full Contact

RULES OF COMPETITION:
· Kyokushin Catalunya Rules of Kumite for ages 14, 15, 16, 17
· Kyokushin Catalunya Rules of Kumite for Senior categories

Competitors must have been registered by the country representatives before the end of the deadline.
All participants must fill in the registration form and return it to the organization. (See Attached Document - I)

· Register for fees competitors: Free of cost.

WEIGHT CHECK: From 14:00 to 15:00

ACCIDENT INSURANCE:
All competitors must have their own Sport Insurance and Medical Certificate, authorizing to compete according to the Rules of the Kyokushin (with full-contact).

SAFETY / PROTECTIONS

Important Information


1. Registrations after deadline wont be accepted

2. It's obligatory to indicate your weight in the Registration Form. Any difference that makes a change of the category will not lead the competitor to fight.

3. At the weighing moment, the following documents must be delivered:
· Permission from parents (Children under 18). (See Attached Document- II)
· Responsibility letter must be filled and signed. (See Attached Document-III)
· ID or passport (only these two documents will be accepted to check names, surnames and date of birth)

4. VISA, for the countries which need it: Request for Official Invitation until September 30, 2010

5. Costs: The organizing committee will be not responsible for any travelling expenses or hotel costs, which you have to pay yourself.

6. Accommodation:
· The organizer put at your disposal the Official Hotel, with better price for all participants in the II Oyama-Fujimae Cup.
· For accommodation, the representatives of each Dojo have to contact directly to the hotel. The Organizer will not arrange any reservation
